This is a micro fused, braided bead thread consisting of a gel-spun polyethylene, which is known as the strongest fiber, per diameter, ever created. It has an unbelievably high tensile strength and has been recommended for various bead weaving and jewelry making projects. It will not stretch or fray, and resists abrasion.

For stringing and weaving we suggest English beading needles. Use a #12 for 2-6lb. test and a #10 for larger diameters. To finish off your S-lon Fire jewelry your best option is a thread burner.
