In-Store Credit or Exchanges

  • Purchases can be Exchanged with an Receipt within 30 says.  Exchange or In-store credit Only, Available for unopened items, that are returned in mint condition.

MISSING/ DAMAGED PIECES

  • If your board game, puzzle or miniature is missing piece(s) or if there is a manufacturing error, please contact the publisher directly. Publishers do not send replacement pieces to retail stores. As this problem is somewhat common, publishers usually provide a quick turnaround in supplying the pieces (at no charge).
  • Exceptions: Games Workshop, Asmodee products. Please contact us via email regarding problems with these products.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Spray paints can not be shipped via Canada Post due to Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulations, local pick-up only.  As a result, spray paints are not returnable or refundable. 
No Exchanges, Returns of Any Trading Card Game or Collectible Cards (Magic the Gathering, Yugioh, Pokemon, Force of Will, Dragons Ball Super, anything that is considered a Collectible Cards Ex Hockey)

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
