Shipping policy

Crafts N’ Things Enterprises is not legally allowed to ship Games Workshop Product or Magic the Gathering outside of Canada. Crafts N' Things no longer ships Booster Boxes of Collectible Cards, Due to the large number of Fraudulent orders, Booster Boxes can only be done via Local Pick Up with ID of Purchaser.

Spray paints can not be shipped via Canada Post due to Transport of Dangerous Goods Regulations, local pick-up only.

 All packages being shipped from Crafts N' Things Enterprises requires tracking and signature card for pick up, if we find while we are purchasing Canada Post postage the Purchaser has not paid sufficient Postage, We will contact you to advise you of this, at that time you can chose to continue with the order, or cancel and refund the order.

Packages shipped Via Canada Post take 3 to 10 days to arrive, please allow extra time if you are purchasing a gift so it will arrive on time. 

Shipping is determined on the weight of the product and destination of the product. Shipping rates start at $23.93. When Crafts N' Things Hobbies & Games ships your item and if you have paid to much in shipping the difference will be returned to you in the form of a Gift Card.

  • Crafts N' Things Hobbies &  Games is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost in Transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are concerned about theft/porch pirates please request card for pickup in the checkout notes (Signature Options have been temporarily halted due to COVID-19)
  • Small Tears, Scuffs and separations at the seams of factory sealed product shrink wrap is completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry.
  • If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company, freight forwarder or similar, Crafts N' Things Hobbies &  Games assumes no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.
  • Crafts N' Things Hobbies &  Games is not responsible for any customs, duties or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AN ORDER FOR ANY REASON. IF WE DO YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
